Common Returns Questions

Are returns free for shoppers?

Yes. Free domestic returns within 21 days from purchase date. A prepaid return label is automatically generated during the return process. You will be able to download and print your label immediately. 

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. All items will be inspected and must be in their original condition with tags attached, no stains or signs of wear, and in the packaging or similar packaging as they were delivered (please do not stuff our hats in smaller packages or destroy them, all damaged merchandise will not be accepted). If items are visibly worn, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a store credit at our discretion. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and began refund process.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment (within 10 business days from day we receive the item at our warehouse). Please allow 10 days because there is usually a delay with credit issuers in applying the credit.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 21 days. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days from shipping label issue date.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale or Clearance. 
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Are there fees to return? 

  • No restocking fees or charges to return.

International Customers?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship items in the original package to the following address

Returns must be received within 30 days from shipping to be eligible for a refund.
